The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across geographies to play an active role in supporting the firms recruitment efforts.WHAT YOULL DO DAY-TO-DAYIn this role, youll play a pivotal role in managing people, processes, and dayto day operations that drives global recruiting strategy. Youll serve as an advisor to the stakeholder and support them in driving the long-term vision, forecast capacity utilization, facilitating smooth transition, and implementing innovative solutions to solve operational problems. Additionally, youll lead operational team, demonstrate high proficiency in operations procedures, be accountable for change management, proactive in communication, and define performance metrics for processes and individuals. Youll ensure effective and efficient working relationships between the team members, maintain a high level of morale and productivity, provide direction, mentoring, and coaching,implement training and development plans, succession planning, overall an effective people, process, and technology management.WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:The ideal candidate should have minimum three years of team management experienceCandidates with a graduate/masters degree from a well-known college with at least six to nine years of relevant work experience in an HR Operations or recruitment roleThe ideal candidate should be process oriented, should have an analytical approach with an affinity for data and MS- ExcelCandidates with exceptional communication skills and good attention to detailThe candidate should have expertise in project, transition, workflow managementCandidates should have a demonstrated level of comfort working in an ever-changing environmentSkills:HR Operations,Recruiting,Performance Management
