Manager, Human ResourceAs a part of the HR Corporate Team of Genpact, you ll be driving critical HR metrics for sub-portfolio in a vertical of ~20,000 employees spread across globe.This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential.And that s why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of HR strategy with the goal of enabling high performance culture.Setting up and E2E management of people practices engagement, employee grievances, performance management, bench managementCoordination with hiring to ensure on time fill of open indentsRegular updates to leadership on health of accounts from people s perspectiveShould be able to manage site in Noida and diligently work on interventions to improve employee retentionDrive daily operating rigor for implementation of people practices like EMS, 1 on 1, exit interviews, retention discussions, etc.Develop and administer reward strategies to effectively drive performanceSupport employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiativesInform management of critical issues and employee management trends through effective HR metrics and reportingEnsure Top 10 HR practices are being followed in letter and spiritMaintain regular interface with hiring team to ensure hiring of talent - quality as well as numberAdvice associates on personal development and growthPrepare employee separation notices and related documentation; conduct exit interviews to determine reasonsQualificationsMinimum qualificationsGraduate (any stream)Excellent Communication SkillsRelevant experience in HR DomainPreferred qualificationsMBA or Equivalent Degree in HRExcellent interpersonal skills - listening and communication skillsSupport attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless, optimized support deliveryDemonstrate effective stakeholder management while delivering on key business initiatives through applying effective change and transition management strategiesExperience in managing and delivering multiple projects and streams of work concurrently while applying excellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsProactive and solution focused with ability to influenceExperience in lean process, process improvement, implementation of enabling technologies will be an added advantage,
