Looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Marketplace Business Operations team. This position offers an exciting introduction to Amazon and a training ground for future success.The Project Lead is project owner and is responsible for ensuring that SLAs, Metrics and Goals are achieved for the project. He/she partners with business and technology stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritizes deliverables, tracks progress, manages team performance and publishes weekly updates to stakeholders. On-boards and establishes new processes and drives adoption in the team Maintains service levels defined for the project and ensures consistent quality of delivery. Relentlessly works to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose quality improvement opportunities to improve the customer experience. Prepares and publishes weekly status reports to stakeholders. Prioritizes deliverables for the project team. Coordinates with the stakeholders and multiple teams spread across multiple locations to ensure that consistent quality and productivity is achieved for all locations. Identify and implement productivity improvement opportunities for the team. Continually raises the bar on quality, Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel with ability to create and use macros Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills Passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner. Interest in e-Commerce/Online business. Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience is required. Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel MBA Experience in handling operations teams and establishing new processes Experience in e-commerce/internet industry and conversant with internet and e-commerce technologies Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL/DW Ability to write macros in MS Excel aimed at improving process efficiencies
