S/he will also have experience and skills associated with prioritizing critical business problems, conducting deep level RCA and exhibiting top-notch problem-solving skills.Roles & Responsibilities: Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of DP feedback to generate insights for stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations proactively to address systemic issues. Partner in analysis and revision of programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for Delivery Station Associates and Flex DPs. Developing automated and standardized reporting decks for internal and external stakeholders (compliant with Amazon data policy, standards and SLA s). Lead a team of Sr. Associates to drive trend analysis, RCA and escalation of critical issues to leadership as and when appropriate. Partner with LC Social Media leader to establish self-serve dashboards for internal & external stakeholders and thereby drive towards democratization of insights. Identify opportunities of automation of analysis and management reporting. Operating with considerable autonomy, frugality and discretion and working efficiently with minimal oversight, good prioritization and good judgment. You will identify and evaluate potential risks/obstacles and determine appropriate corrective action., Basic Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from premiere institute. 7+ years of experience in large scale Program Management in multi-layer stakeholder environment. Experience establishing and tracking performance metrics, with demonstrable success using performance data to drive continuous improvement. Demonstrated experience of process improvement and automation. Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented, fast paced environment. Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Excellent written and oral communication, presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts effortlessly. Expertise and experience in deep analytics, complex business problem solving and deep insights generation. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solution-oriented individual. Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications. Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination. Attention to detail and capability to work in ambiguous situations. Preferred Qualification: Master s in Business Administration Certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Advanced Excel and SQL expertise Knowledge and expertise in advanced statistical analytics Exposure to Data Science Experience in working in Power BI and Tablue Experience with feedback channels and social media-based insight generation
