Role Summary/Purpose:The selected candidate will be part of India Analytics Hub (IAH) within the Growth organization. This is an IC role and the model candidate would work on multiple projects before being aligned to any defined analytics competency within the team so the candidate is expected to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, understand and prioritize the business challenges, translate into requirements and work to provide actionable insights. This role is also responsible for assessing project benefits and identifying opportunities to improve the customer contact experience. The Analyst will be required to use all available tools and resources to thoroughly analyze and assess operational performance and customer behavior. This will involve customer analytics, portfolio, site and metric performance, forecasting and other activities related to enhancing operational performance.This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:Provide analytics for Digital First Trains using agile principles.Work with cross functional groups to combine Operations data with other data sources and complete data discoveryConduct exploratory data analysis to generate actionable insights using all aspects of the operations experience, including but not limited to, customer experience, key contact drivers and servicing performance.Develop and analyze predictors using modeling techniques or develop predictive solutions as requiredEnsure all analysis supports appropriate Operations investment decisions and optimizes Operational expenses.Design and conduct extensive analysis of performance trends and provide insightful business performance reporting.Adhere to all analytic standards and support all Operational analytic strategies.Mentor and coach entry level analystsDesign and conduct Ad-hoc analysis as and when required.Present findings to various management levels.Proactively propose, initiate, execute and own strategic projects /solutions that unlock value in multiple functions of the businessMaintain effective communication with business counterparts to understand project requirementsLeverage statistical tools and techniques like Segmentation, decision tree, optimizationLeverage tools like DOMO to conduct analysis of customer journeysShould utilize effective storytelling skills to build meaningful insightsQualifications/Requirements:Bachelors degree in any discipline with 2-5 years of experience in Analytics domain in lieu of a degree, 4-7 yearsHands on Experience in (any of) SAS, SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages.Hands on experience utilizing statistical techniques such as modeling, A/B testing, and segmentation/clustering techniques and decision treesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong articulation, storytelling skillsProven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problemsFor Internal Applicants: Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applying.Inform your manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday.Ensure that your Professional Profile is updated (fields such as Education, Prior experience, other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format).Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP).Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.Level 8+ employees can applyDesired Characteristics:Graduate or Post-Graduate in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics, science, or engineering.Team management / leadership skills will be an added advantageWorking experience in speech analytics tools such as Call MinerMentoring experience of entry-level analysts2+ years of analytics experience preferably within the call center or banking environment Strong project management, communications, multi-tasking, ability to work independently, relationship management skills are keys to successSolid understanding of card industry financial P&L drivers and key sensitivities, with business performance reporting experienceAbility to present findings to all levels of managementThink strategically and ability to identify business opportunitiesDemonstrated ability to manage complexity and multiple initiatives Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, glean and form business insights under aggressive timelinesAbility to synthesize/analyze diverse information, develop and recommend strategiesMinimum 2+ years of experience with proven ability to extract unstructured data with strong programming ability in SAS, SQL, R, Python, or other programming languagesExposure to tools like Python (Standard Libraries) / R / TableauStrong knowledge & hands-on experience with advanced Analytical techniquesShift Timings: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 ISTGrade/Level: 09Job Family Group:Marketing,
