Legal - Manager - Legal 4. 0 - 7. 0 Years, Hyderabad About Company: Our Client is a media and entertainment conglomerate listed on the BSE/ NSE with interests in television, internet, filmed entertainment, digital business, magazines, mobile content, and allied businessesQualification(For Manager Level): LLB (at least). Note: CANDIDATE SHOULD IDEALLY HAVE WORKED IN MEDIA COMPANY Salary: 11. 00 to 13. 00 Lakhs- As part of the legal team, advising various business verticals and corporate functions on legal issues, regulatory aspects, handling legal queries across business verticals. - Drafting and vetting of contracts, NDAs, employment contracts- Drafting and vetting of pleadings - writ petitions, plaints, complaints, written statements, companypetitions, appeals, revisions, winding up petitions, statements of claim etc. before various courtsand forums. - Drafting notices, responses to notices relating to IPR infringement, defamation, etc. - Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability- Strategizing and formulating litigation strategy in line with commercial objectives of the companyJob Specifications (skills required): - Aware of general laws- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively within a team and a fast-paced business environment- Excellent drafting skills, drafting, good negotiation and execution skills i. e. ability to draft, negotiateand close transactions independently with minimal supervision. - Ability to communicate legal issues and solutions in an articulate, precise, and effective manner.
