Job Description

1. Serve as a focal point of contact for all projects and create strong partnership (with Clients and stakeholders) to add value by providing consultation on delivery progress. Prepares and coordinates with Global, Regional as well as Country stakeholders for Contract Management projects and manage day-to-day deliverables as assigned 2. Provide subject matter expertise, support and consultation to Clients on the needs as per the defined parameters of the project 3. Collaborate with the global stakeholders across NGSCs to support and ensure coordination of activities to deliver according to expectations 4. Translate Client needs/demands into a portfolio of new project/solutions. This includes negotiation and mediation between business and PLS Legal Services to find pragmatic solutions. Manage/oversee the Client portfolios and responsible for their financial management 5. Accountable for operational executions of their projects and facilitate change via technology or continuous improvement. Ensure quality control (QC) checks for the assigned projects/deliverable to meet Client expectations 6. Works closely with various stakeholders and design deliverable and a comprehensive derivable plan. Ensure timely, efficient, high quality delivery for projects and activities 7. Ensure consistently high level of Client satisfaction through effective management of Client demand and development of Client specific solutions 8. Manage interfaces between Clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction of all business opportunities whilst minimizing costs 9. Provide update on the delivery progress to the Clients, leadership and other stakeholders 10. Follows and tracks key deliverable and milestones for assigned projects. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs for transparency between Client and PLS Legal 11. Works closely with Global Product Lead to drive functional expertise in the local team 13. Complies with and support groups project management tool, standards, policies and initiatives 14. Follows Novartis specifications, policies, guidelines and country guidelines for preparation and execution of contracts and follow and prepare Process maps/SOP etc. 15. Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving. Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance and performs additional tasks as assigned 16. Provide key business data and expertise to support and drive decision made by Senior Business Team Minimum requirements Law Degree /Post Graduate Degree Fluent in English (spoken and written) Experience in Contract Management Strong scientific /management background 7-10 years of overall work experience with a leading pharma company/legal service provider Excellent communication skills Familiarity with quality KPIs and operational issues/management,
