Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of marketing programs and martech stack, own lead management and assignment, and distribute and report on leads.
  • Drive implementation of marketing programs such as marketing automation implementation, CRM enhancements, and lead scoring, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and minimizing bad or incomplete data.
  • Empower and support marketers to operate campaigns from inception to execution in a self-service manner.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Surface business insights across key performance indicators related to programs, reach, conversion, velocity, value, and return of activities and investments.

Required Skills

  • 8 years of experience in marketing operations (or similar capacity) at a fast-growing B2B technology company.
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Bombora, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, and Google Analytics (or similar martech tools).
  • Proven track record in technology integration, process and data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining B2B lead lifecycle and lead scoring.
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Some flexibility in work hours to enable communication with extended teams and partners in US time zones.
