Job Description

  • Perform end to end project management for Marketing Solutions performance team
  • Lead team of 2 to 3 analysts and troubleshoot as needed
  • Liaison between onshore and offshore teams
  • Develop & maintain best in class MIS & analytic support for campaign execution data
  • Develop new metrics from Campaign execution data
  • Design, Manage and Deliver reports based on provided requirements incorporating data visualization tools and added analytical insights
  • Create user friendly dashboards and drive analytic insights from the data provided
  • Proactively explore new tools/techniques which can help process automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and deliver tailor made solutions
  • Engage with the team to work towards building value for the end users
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or relevant experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Analytics Domain, Familiarity with campaign execution tools like UNICA/SAS CI is an added advantage
  • Medium to advanced working knowledge of MS-office and SAS is a must
  • Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity, should be able to do multi-tasking with time management
  • Prior experience in creating dashboards
  • Strong communications skills

Desired Characteristics:
  • Previous experience with building competitive analysis reports
  • Prior experience in providing data driven insights
  • Knowledge on Campaign Execution Process and MRM
  • Prior experience in automating the regular reports
  • Enhancing the current process eports with the thought leadership
  • Knowledge on Forecasting Techniques and/or Capacity planning
  • Knowledge on Tableau and SQL
  • Familiar with FDR green screens and other FDR tools like Document Direct, AFP & Query tool
