Job Description

  • The O2C Reporting and Compliance Manager is responsible for E2E reporting and ensuring all O2C activities are in compliance with the Novartis Financial Controls Manual.
  • This role will serve as the key liaison with internal and external auditors ensuring the I2C Team is prepared for all compliance / audit activities and all documentation is order.
  • Ensures we have adequate reporting to measure and drive E2E O2C KPIs as well as other operational activities like productivity initiatives and quality improvements.
  • The Reporting and Compliance Manager is responsible for recruiting a team of professional reporting and compliance specialists, coaching and developing them as well as creating a team environment that emphasis the Novartis Values and Behaviors.
  • Thought leadership regarding best practices, continuous improvement and system utilization besides ability to execute E2E reporting and compliance tracking.

Minimum Requirements

  • University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant / MBA desirable Lean/ Six Sigma Certified preferred Fluent English + other language
  • 10 years of financial experience, with in-depth functional expertize
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
  • Previous experience in managing financial Services SAP and very good Excel/PPT knowledge
  • Experience of managing projects driving performance (e.g. ERP implementation)
  • Excellent people skills
