Qualifications:Graduate/ post graduate in any discipline.As a Manager, lead, support and manage the overall work plan development and implementation of various programme implementation plans and budgets. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective monitoring, review and evaluation strategies and activities for the programme against agreed project deliverables.You are responsible for the day- to- day supervision of teams of resources that produce geographical data using specialist computer systems. These systems combine social, economic and topographical data that is used for a variety of purposes including flood defense planning, healthcare, road traffic management, and market research.Technical Competencies:Project Handling (Including process defining, execution and quality control) and client interaction capabilities.Project planning, tracking and monitoring capabilitiespreparation of estimates and project presentations on photogrammetry projects.Experience in photogrammetry and LIDAR Projects by using Intergraph/ DATEM/ INPHO/ TERR solid and other photogrammetry software s.Good knowledge in ERDAS imagine software processing techniquesHandling of large scale planimetric projects are preferablePerson should have knowledge in various airborne sensors/ satellite / UAV sensor data processing techniquesproficient in ArcGIS and FMEProficient in MS- OfficeAirborne and MLS ProcessingStrong experience in MicroStation and AutoCAD SoftwareTerra Match realignment task will be advantageWork experience in UAE companies are preferredExcellent Communications Skills are mandatoryTeam Handling ExperienceLeadership Skills are MandatoryEducation & Experience:Graduate/ post graduate in any discipline.Minimum10 18 (Max)yearsExperience with project management, including planning, statements of work, budgets and scheduling.In- depth knowledge of GIS, databases, principles, practices and techniques.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective teams, motivate others, delegate effectively, and make timely/ quality decisions.Exemplary skills with leading and managing multi- disciplinary teams, as well as mentoring other team members.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and great attention to detail.
