  • Delivery Process/ Function Name
  • Healthcare Presales & Solutions
Skills (Must have)
  • Healthcare industry knowledge with experience in Revenue Cycle Management and in supporting US Healthcare Providers
  • Must have experience in Healthcare Presales /domain led service delivery with work experience the Provider environment
  • Responding to RFPs, RFIs, creating commercials, experience in bid management
  • Should have experience in working as an individual contributor
  • Experience in Provider domain into presales; in service area like Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Billing & Coding, etc.
  • 10 + years of BPO experience including 6-7 yrs in the Healthcare solutions space
  • Experience in liaising with sales, delivery, transition, finance, etc.
  • Creating customized value proposition for customers and creating a winning solution
Skills (Good to have)
  • Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices / service lines in Provider domain
  • Should be well versed with macro environment of the Healthcare Industry
  • Should have in depth understanding of various pricing models/ benchmark prices and industry benchmark metrics prevailing in the Healthcare BPO
  • Prior experience in identifying, evaluating and building new alliance partnerships in Healthcare
  • Experience in dealing with multiple stake holders in a large organization
  • Experience of managing delivery metrics in Provider space
  • Experience in managing reporting to internal & external/client strategic stakeholders
  • Experience of evaluating vendors / partners for new services and solutions
  • Experience in managing process improvement/excellence initiatives
