Responsible for the overall operation of the Quality departmentDevelop, implement and ensure compliance in line with QMS procedures, work instructions and Best Practices throughout the OrganizationConduct internal quality audits to see quality process maturity and improve system and proceduresReview & Approve the Quality Plans and methods of measurementDevelop and maintain the corrective and preventive action system and ensure follow-up and closure ofaction requestsDevelop and maintain the records of quality department Ensure and maintain schedule & records of instruments calibration and stick to calibrate as per due date and plan to outsourcing calibration of master reference standards. Conduct supplier assessment audits for machining and special processes, measure and analysis for continual improvements in terms of Quality, Cost and DeliveryEstablish suitable method of Inspection/ Measuring instrument as per the standards specifiedLiaise with external / third party Inspection agencies and internal customers to facilitate the successful accomplishment of business objectives.
