Responsible for developing risk management framework and mechanisms, to identify, assess, monitor, measure and control a broad spectrum of risks faced by Sub- K. Create risk analytics tools and provide objective insights to business, product, IT and finance teams from time to time on trends and forecasts. Create risk analytics tools and provide objective insights to business, product, IT and finance teams from time to time on trends and forecasts. Facilitate the development of clearly defined updated policies procedures for risk management. Assist in the establishment of a limits structure for the company and for managing the risk concentration. Lead and guide the Risk Department annual planning and budgeting processes. Establish a mechanism for reporting of excess/ exceptions to approved limits. Overall responsibility for the timely review of process/ products/ systems/ applications. Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the compliance function as and when required. Advise senior leaders on key business decisions based on risk outlook for the company based on market, technology, political and regulatory trends. Required Skills: Should be from BFSI / NBFC background handling Risk Management in his current / previous role. Possess good writing, communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking. PGDBM or MBA from a reputed B School will be preferred.
