Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are hiring for Hyderabad location as Manager Capability Building.Key Result Areas:1) Proactive identification and development needs for Salesforce.2) Create and articulate a capability roadmap for the sales organization, in line with theOrganization& strategic priorities.3) Work with the Sales Head towards creation and execution of the Sales CapabilityBlueprint towards building a future-ready sales organization.4) Develop the insights and plans that will step up our sales capability, improving bothEffectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of best practices, while ensuring consistency in the approach across categories.5) Identifying Functional Sales Capability competencies for the field force across levels(Branch Managers to Sales Representatives) & Channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, Parlors, E-Commerce).6) Creation of cutting-edge training content to meet the Skills & Competency gaps.7) Design & deployment training programs for Manage & Officer of the Sales function.8) Measuring the effectiveness of the training content dissemination with linkages to the overall business.9) Design and implement the sales force rewards system in line with the set objectives.10) Process owner of the Online Learning Platform.11) Owner of the - Reward & Recognition program for the Sales & Distribution Team12) Submit Sales performance report to Line manager.13) Prepare training materials, Conduct training to Sales Staffs and search training modules from other sources.If interested please contact on Mobile no hidden_mobile or email hidden_emailPlease share your updated resume to take it forward.
