As a qualified candidate, you should have a Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent. Additionally, some additional informative experience in Data Science is strongly preferred. Your role will involve 5 years of experience in management or senior-level data scientist / engineering positions, with experience in the semiconductor industry being preferred. Experience in the memory industry and/or product engineering is highly desirable.**Key Responsibilities:**- Experience leading and managing teams including employee development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.- Proven project management skills with the ability to design and coordinate projects across multiple departments globally.- Experience developing and deploying data science solutions including data engineering, application of Machine Learning algorithms, UI/UX, and ML Ops.- Proficiency in Python and/or R.- Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills.- Ability to execute requests with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and a passion to teach others about data science while continuing to learn new techniques.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.- Additional informative experience in Data Science is strongly preferred.- 5 years of experience in management or senior-level data scientist / engineering positions.- Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.- Experience in the memory industry and/or product engineering is highly desirable.You will play a crucial role in Microns relentless focus on customers, technology leadership, and manufacturing and operational excellence.
