C) Desired Competency:- The ideal incumbent over 8 years experience of which substantial experience in tufted carpet coating specially for PVC backed carpet tiles. The person should have hands on experience in production, managing shop floor, production planning execution, maintenance planning and execution.- Exposure with continuous carpet coating line, various grades of latex like VAE and SBR, additives and compounding. Trouble shooting and maintenance is must.
