Job Description

Manager- TAAs a Talent Advisor at , partner with Leadership team, Hiring Managers by keeping them informed about recruitment and marketplace trends Good understanding of requirements, business challenges, align talent acquisition strategies and solution to achieve business goals Lead Requisition management across all business, design and implement scalable innovative TA Strategies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience Lead, coach, mentor and develop TA team and elevate the function Strong communication, influencing & stakeholder management skills and ability to operate with less supervision Should be comfortable with excel & power point skills & be able to think on the feet demonstrating agility Proactively Lead TA assignments and collaborate with stakeholders as required Develop Metrics and implement regular and ad-hoc reporting to monitor and communicate the results and effectiveness of the TA Process and pro-actively address the areas of improvements as needed Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce through active leadership and participation in all hiring plans that incorporate short term and long-term diversity metrics
