  1. Responsible for receipt of RM/ PM and other material in to the factory
  2. Responsible for issuance of RM / PM and other material
  3. Responsible for coordination and document preparation for Dispatched including SEZ documentation
  4. Effective utilization of manpower by thorough planning and Work allotment
  5. Responsible for all QMS activities of Warehouse
  6. Should coordinate with various internal external sources for effectively maintaining Warehouse
  7. Responsible ERP updation of all the activities performed in Warehouse
  8. Responsible for periodic stock verification of material in Warehouse
  9. Should attend and present data for stock audits by internal and external auditors
  10. Ensuring timely updation of all entries in SEZ customs online portal and attesting the ARE-1 & BOEs timely and sending back to vendors timely.
Required Skills
  1. Good Communication written and oral and Interpersonal Skills
  2. Efficient planning and execution
  3. Good Analytics knowledge to measure the effectiveness of the training
  4. Motivated self-starter, ability to multi-task, work independently and also collaboratively.
  5. Knowledge on SEZ
