Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manufacturing Data Systems are the validated IT solution used across NTO for automated manufacturing data aggregation, analysis, and reporting. The position holder manages the interface with IT and manufacturing sites and thereby acts as a global superuser to ensure adequate set-up, change implementations, and maintenance of the system across the network. Be accountable on the NTO business side for implementation, lifecycle management and ongoing evolution of data systems and thereby leading collaboration with local system users, IT department and system vendor. Coordinate system interfaces with other integrated IT systems such as MES, data historian, ERP, and scheduling tools. Organize onboarding for new users, lead specific system training sessions and cultivate knowledge sharing between end-users Build data analytics components for users and leverage best practices for dashboards, control charts, automated reports, and advanced analytics. Lead and drive change control on the system for integration of new parameters, new products, and new architectural structure, incl. respective interface modifications. Drive assessments of data quality lead respective corrective actions and proposed improvements. Lead and support manufacturing data provision for internal users outside of the manufacturing group. Run integration of data from new systems with existing data system landscape and new parameters from existing sources to meet network manufacturing data trending and analysis needs. Align data handling from a source system into the manufacturing data systems and, if needed, into advanced analytics systems. Drive assessments of data acquisition quality for the correctness and lead respective corrective actions and proposed improvements. Experience with manufacturing data systems Experience of statistical tools such as Minitab, JMP, Python, and R-programming knowledge. Knowledge of SAP, MES, OSI-PI, SQL, Oracle DB, and cloud-based data storage solutions. Proven understanding of pharmaceutical cGMP, CSV, and regulatory aspects Sound experience in data handling and applied statistics. Good experience of applying Six Sigma Ability to successfully interact with team members, site experts, and organization leaders. Skills to effectively lead through influence without formal authority. Good project management & presentation skills.
