Job Details:Job Title/Designation: Marketing Executive/ Business Development Officer Job Code:Reporting to: Centre Manager, Sales Manager, HOD Department: Centre2. Job Purpose:Marketing Executive or Business Development oversees day to day marketing activities for the Centre to ensure conversion tobudgeted enrolments.3. Key Account-abilities:Ideally a marketing executive is responsible for business development outside the centre as per the centre targets. He would be: Responsible to generate awareness of Jetking Courses and subsequent career prospects Plan and design the yearly marketing activity calendar Responsible in marketing activities such as Presentations and Seminars in colleges and institutes, house visits, workshops,advertising in print media, hoardings, career fairs and so on, publicising Jetking courses Generate a healthy and high enquiry rate from the activities conducted and assist the counsellor in converting the same intobudgeted enrolments; to track the conversion ratio Conduct house visits of prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrolments Responsible for enrolment and instalment related cash transactions Maintain MIS related to marketing activities conducted in a timely fashion Maintain ongoing competitor analysis and reports4. Qualifications & Experience:Qualifications Mandatory: Graduate in any stream / BMS / BBA (Marketing) Desired: MBA in Marketing / Course in student psychologyExperience Relevant: 1 yr in marketing in any industry and proficient in local language Total: 2+ yr in any industry preferably into Marketing5. Competencies: Energy, Interpersonal, Integrity, Organising, Time Management, Communication: Oral and Written, Goal Setting, Motivation,Customer focus, Listening, Negotiation and Team Player skills6.
