Job Description

    As the Head of Marketing, your role involves strategic leadership & planning to build a region-first marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals, pipeline targets, and GTM priorities. You will collaborate with sales and extended marketing team to define Idean Customer Profiles (ICPs), channel mix, funnel metrics, and campaign roadmap. Your responsibility includes localizing messaging, offers, and positioning for diverse buyer segments in the USA.Your key responsibilities also include revenue generation & lead management by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver qualified leads and directly contribute to revenue targets. You will build and optimize demand generation programs across digital channels, events, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). Establishing lead scoring frameworks and ensuring seamless lead handoff and conversion optimization are crucial tasks. Additionally, you will own marketing-sourced pipeline metrics, demonstrate clear ROI on marketing investments, implement marketing automation and CRM systems, drive funnel forecasting, budgeting, and monthly marketing performance reviews.Your role extends to demand generation & channel execution, where you will lead full-funnel execution across inbound (SEO, content), paid media (search, social, affiliates), partner-led plays, and events. You will own regional campaign planning, launch, optimization, and performance tracking. Utilizing buyer behavior and lifecycle data to personalize campaigns and improve conversion rates is a significant part of your responsibilities.In terms of brand strategy & positioning, you will define and evolve the brand positioning to differentiate healthcare technology services in a competitive market. Building brand awareness and thought leadership through strategic PR, speaking opportunities, and industry partnerships will be integral. Developing a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints and creating compelling storytelling around customer success stories and impact on healthcare delivery are key tasks.Your role also involves team leadership & vendor management by building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team across events, campaigns, and partnerships. Establishing marketing processes, workflows, and performance dashboards, managing the marketing budget effectively, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization, and leading relationships with agencies and vendors are essential aspects of your responsibilities.You bring to the table 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, particularly in the Technology Services domain. Your proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs across various channels, understanding of the USA market, modern marketing expertise, skills & competencies, and preferred qualifications make you the ideal candidate for this role.In the first 12 months, your success will be measured by achieving marketing-qualified lead (MQL) targets aligned with sales pipeline requirements, delivering a specified percentage of the sales pipeline from marketing-sourced opportunities, increasing brand awareness metrics, establishing a marketing analytics framework with clear attribution and ROI reporting, and building a high-performing marketing team with defined roles and responsibilities. Launching at least two major integrated campaigns targeting key healthcare segments will also be a key success metric.
