Job Description

Position Summary

The Campaign Execution Associate is a member of the campaign production team reporting to Sr. Manager Marketing Automation, based in Hyderabad, India. He/She is responsible for developing and executing marketing automation campaigns as requested by our global marketing teams, ensuring the high quality output of these marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have high quality standard, extremely detail oriented and have a methodical approach to reviewing and testing email marketing campaigns prior to launch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop email and landing page assets based on the templates and style guides provided by the Corporate Communications using HTML and JavaScript in Marketo.
  • Responsible for conducting detailed quality assurance audit of each email campaign prior to execution. This includes reviewing configuration, content and layout, HTML coding and links and other components of a campaign: registration forms and landing pages.
  • Use the marketing automation tool (Marketo), test email rendering in various email clients (Outlook, etc.) , verify their accuracy against the original campaign request and assure layout adheres to corporate guidelines and standards
  • Conduct data capture and workflow testing of registration forms, and verify their accuracy against the request and guidelines
  • Document all inconsistent findings - layout, incorrect links, rendering bugs and make recommendations for campaign managers to update or consider in a clear and organized manner
  • Maintain QA job aids - both a How-To and QA process
  • Work within Marketo and work request ticketing system while communicating with appropriate stakeholders
  • Work directly with Web and Multimedia Managers, Field Marketing program managers, etc. on a daily basis
  • Learn Field Marketing and Corporate Communication corporate standards and guidelines and adhere to them on all campaigns
  • Work within Marketo and company ticketing systems while communicating with stakeholders from various regions - NAMER, LATEM, EMEA, APAC, Israel/EE
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor or Master s degree

Experience

  • 5 years heavy hands-on experience in email campaign execution
  • Moderate to strong experience in Marketo highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of email best practices
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to proofread English content
  • Excellent teamwork and English communication skills
  • Must work well under tight deadlines with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong software aptitude
  • Flexibility to work predominantly North America shift or other shifts (as needed) to support global time zones

Skills

  • Experience with HTML for web and email layout
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions (Marketo)
  • Experience in email marketing production group in a B2B setting
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and graphical design skills a plus
  • Content management system and web application experience a plus
