You spend time mentoring and coaching team members.What will you be responsible for Define and lead the overall technology strategy and architecture standards for Master Data and Data management. Be the Single Point of contact for Business partners for MDM and Data Management to define the enterprise architecture by bringing teams together and driving the definition of the best solution to meet the business needs and deliver business outcomes. Ensure the efficient and effective elaboration, validation, and communication of the Enterprise Architecture for MDM and Data management. Set overall standards and direction of Enterprise Architecture for MDM and Data Management, ensuring the right IT investments driven from business priorities Define and manage the Enterprise Architecture Baseline, Target Architecture and Roadmap (including conceptual & logical), covering capabilities, applications and platforms, services, data, technologies, etc. and architecture-relevant relations for MDM and Data Management in enterprise repository Participate in the Technology Evaluation for the business / technical solutions ensuring a holistic approach is applied Define a retirement/exit strategy is existing business/technology solutions Define and communicate patterns, standards, and adoption guidelines for MDM and Data Management Ensure alignment to ISRM, Legal, ethics, and other compliance policies and procedures in defining architecture standards, patterns, and solutions Ensure solutions developed strictly adhere to the Novartis platform strategies, Digital Code, data/technology principles, and our API strategy for integration Coordinate with other teams to ensure the right business and technical capabilities are incorporated into the solution with an appropriate scaling model for future increases incapacity Take functional responsibility for support and mentoring the solution architects and data modelers to expand the depth and breadth of skills Ensure Architecture elements are captured in enterprise repository (e.g. ADOIT, ERWIN, EBX), minimally: Architecture Strategy, Target Conceptual & Logical Architecture and roadmaps, Technology Standards, Architecture Principles & Patterns, Data Models & Business Glossary, etc. Sponsor specific programs outside the domain through mentorship and via the community of practice, standard methodology, etc. EEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse team s representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements What will you bring to the role Bachelors Degree in Data and Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or in a quantitative field. 12 - 15 years of Enterprise architecture or Enterprise integration experience.Why consider Novartis 799 million!
