Job Description

    Greetings from IKS Health!!We have urgent requirement for AR callers in IKS Health.Roles and Responsibilities* Has to make calls to US insurance organisation to get the required status update and have the claims resolved.* Reviews and analyse outstanding insurance claims, to get physician efforts paid.* Identify trends and communicate findings/ errors to appropriate stakeholders in an effort to educate and eliminate future errors.* Has to work in medical bill denialsJob Requirement:-Graduates (Any Stream)- Need minimum 6 months experience in AR calling (RCM)- Good Communication skills- Willing to work the night shift (any 9 hrs. between 5:30 pm 5:30 am)- Fixed Saturday & Sunday off- Job Location- Upal, Hyderabad (Work from office)- Salary: hike on last drawn package.Perks and Benefits- PF [employers & employee contribution], ESIC, Mediclaim / Insurance, Gratuity @ 2.40% and Profession Tax are deductions to your Gross Salary.- Transport facility (Home pick and drop) within the transport boundaries- Contact Person: HR Rukhsar Send your resume at hidden_email or call on hidden_mobile
