Job Description

    • Meeting existing doctors along with finding new doctors in terms of getting new business.
    • This job is involved in creating & establishing brand awareness in the market.
    • The Medical representative is responsible for coming up with new ideas to create awareness across the designated areas. Example we do free hearing test camps across the zone with different associations its mostly elderly people in housing societies or associations. We even do camps with doctors at their clinics.
    • Researching competitors medications and their respective market performances.
    • Following up on leads generated given to the company.
    • The Medical representative is responsible for generating foot fall & sales at our branches.
    • Medical Representatives are responsible for marketing activities in the designated areas.
    • MR are the backbone of the company where they must be able find the week areas & make the system robust.
    • The Marketing team plays an important role as it is responsible for generating revenue, by finding new avenues for business.
    • Meeting assigned
    • To be active in implementation of BTL Activities for generating the revenue. Have to Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
    • Promote business expansion opportunities to doctors or Customers through successful field marketing programs.
    • Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
    • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience as a Medical Sales Experience or in a similar role.
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing & Sales, or a related field.
    • First preference to field marketing people who are having a 2-wheeler.
    • Positive attitude is a must.
    • Need to have excellent communication skills.
    • Need to be persuasive, Adaptable & Innovative.
    • Having interest in the field Market.
    • Hands-on experience in the HealthCare Field.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
    • Age limit - 35
