Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Role : Mendix Developer
  • Keyskills :
  • Experience in building software solutions on Mendix platform.
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum Master is preferred
  • Good understanding of Shared Services setup, strategy and its functions eg., Finance Services, Procurement Services etc.
  • Candidates should have a demonstrated l nowledge and proficiency in building web or mobile applications using!Ylendix
  • On-prem data integration using Mendix
  • C# OR java (Object Oriented Programming) experience
  • SQL-Server query skills. Understanding of Data-Model concepts
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS3, HT!YIL5, Bootstrap
  • Timely creation of appropriate technical artifacts e.g. Application Architecture, Database Schema, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams, etc
  • Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services
  • Familiar with supporting peer teams and responsibilities such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, info security
  • Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshoredevelopment teams in dynamic and complex environment
  • Worl ing with USA/European clients is a required
  • Mendix Advanced Certification will be an asset
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing project requirements and process design
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and operating team
  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving sl ills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement and learning process redesign, newtechnologies
    • Responsibilities :
  • Worl in Agile projects to build solutions in Mendix
  • Worl with Project Stakeholders to implement application requirements
  • Provide estimations for projects that could be implemented on Mendix
  • Worl within a Team environment to build solutions on the Mendix platform
  • Map user requirements into software specifications for implementation within the Mendix platform
  • Deploy and configure applications in Dev, Test, and Production environments
  • Implement/Configure application security
  • Provide technical support for solutions built within the Mendix platform
  • Adoption and evolution of the software engineering practices and tools within the organization
  • Keep in sync with the latest technology developments and open source offerings. Evaluate and adopt them for solving business problems of the organization
  • Collaborate with other technology and business teams within the organization to provide efficient robust solutions to the problems
  • Deliver Stories / Sprint in time
  • Worl with Business Analysts, Scrum !Ylasters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects
  • Worl directly with stal eholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
  • Collaborate with other development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
  • Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues
  • Continuously focus on building competency in new/future technologies and solutions
