Job Description

Key skills required for the job are: n Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service-L4, (Mandatory) . Minimum work experience: > 10 YEARS10 Years of core development implementation experience and fully hands ready for this role 2. Very strong techno functionally with D365 CRM Customer Service and prior versions 3. Strong experience working with client s core product support teams convincing with best the solutions 4. Experience understand the product support process and usage of the respective support tools ICMs SRs Incidents, etc., as applicable 5. Should be able to handle and understand the core product related technical tickets and address 6. Troubleshoot technical issues provide suggest best workable workarounds similar to today what Product engineering support team does 7. Technical knowledge level should be 4 or above of 5 on D365 CRM Customer Service Techno Functionally understands product capabilities and limitations and what best works as a solution. 8. Strong usage and understanding of Azure platform, GitHub, ADO, VSO is important 9. Having equally in any other like D365 module like FO Supply Chain Warehouse or Retail is a great advantage 10. If required runs leads the technical support team end to end and provides best resultsAs a Senior Consultant, you are responsible for leading a technology / domain/functional competency area within the organization as a thought leader. You should be able to prepare a roadmap for the competency / industry segment in form of competitive service offerings and ensure adequate resources are applied to build the same. You should be able to manage practice reusable component inventory and set directions for knowledge management. You are expected to represent the practice / domain in complex deal negotiations in the sales support cycle, or lead delivery issue resolutions when required. Involved in assignments in large or complex programs. Youshould be able to help in defining business and technological solutions which help customer design and implement new generation business processes and organization capabilities. ,
