Job DescriptionMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Specialist with 3+ years of relevant experience in MS CRM Technologies with end-end implementation.MANDATORY SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization experience
  • Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations
  • Ribbon Customizations, CRM actions, Plug-in, Virtual Entities, Custom Workflows, Integration of AD with CRM, Web API and OData, Business Rules and Business Process Flow
  • Microsoft Social Engagement (Face book, linked in integration)
  • Experienced in working on Field Services
  • Exposure in Azure (BLOBs,Queues,Service Bus,Functions,Web jobs,app insights, Key vault,Data Hub,Linked in), logic apps with respect to CRM
  • Configuration of IFD
  • Working knowledge in ADX Portals/D365 Portals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customer directly and resolve issues.
  • Sound programming skills in C#/Java Scripts/HTML
  • Development skills for .NET projects
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SSRS, Web Services, LINQ
  • Certification in latest D365 CRM
  • Deep expertise in software development, software testing methodologies, release management and operations processes and standards
SOFT SKILLS
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with team members, clients and other IT areas.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and customer handling skills is a must.
  • Experience with client facing consulting engagements
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact at all levels; be able to lead deep-dive technical discussions around design
  • Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
  • Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
TASKS
  • Understanding the business problem statement and proposing the technology and solution
  • Translate the Problem statement to business requirement.
  • Handle customer independently and present the design for problem statement
  • Walkthrough the estimates with customer and provide proper justification.
  • Proactively update Customer on expiring functionality/license with an alternative solution
  • Set up CRM Organization
  • Set up Email router
  • Set up Outlook Client for CRM
  • Set up USD
  • Set up D365 Cloud
  • Set up Field Service and Project Service Automation
  • Configure Dynamic Portals for D365 CRM
  • Prepare Design Documents
  • Provide re-usable components like Auto number Plugin, Notification Plugin and other common functionalities.
  • Perform reviews of code written by peers as per Client or RBEI Coding Standards
  • Provide techniques for Performance tuning.
  • Provide techniques for data migration.
  • Acts as a technical liaison between clients, development, QA, release managements and Operations teams
