Job Description

Dear Aspirant,Greetings From Heritage Foods Ltd!MINI Walk-in HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) on05th December2020 (Saturday)11 am 1 pm at Heritage Foods Ltd.Panjagutta, Hyderabad.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Screening, shortlisting the profiles, and scheduling the interviews
  • Identifying the right channel to sources for the appropriate candidate
  • Joining Formalities, Induction, Orientation, and Training to the newly joined employees
  • Campus Placements, Internships.
  • Coordinate & motivate the selected candidates
  • Maintaining function-wise sanctioned and available manpower data.
PREREQUISITES:
  • Postgraduates with Good Academic Record (Min65%).
  • 1-2 Years experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
  • Preference Shall be given form for those who handled multi-location recruitments in the sales domain
  • Preferable male candidates only
  • Age group: 24-27yrs - Should know the Local language (Telugu)
  • Talent acquisition exposure on the ATS platform shall be an added advantage.
Note:
  • Only limited numbers (10-15 nos) can attend this Walk-in and others can drop their CVs at the location.
  • Un-heathy (fever, cold, cough) individuals are strictly not allowed for this walk-in.
  • Relevant experience candidates as indicated above only allowed, others not allowed.
