Responsibilities Maintenance of Management Information Systems Develop meaningful regular and ad hoc reports for client and internal management, enabling smooth operations and decision making Assess the requirement across all towers within operations and provide real time reports on business performance, key metrics and SLAs besides internal reporting. Publish regular dashboards with analytics for client and internal management consumption Attend meetings with key stakeholders, to understand business problems and provide resolutions through data analysis.Good exposure in MIS reporting and data analytics with relevant years of experience.
