Primary Responsibility: Data Management including extraction of raw data from the SQL server and converting it in to reports. Creating daily reports and updating the tracker sheets. Providing the functional performance analysis of the field staff. Plan and manage the distribution of reports per agreed timelines Implementation of MIS processes and evaluate their effectiveness time to time Co-ordination with internal and external teams for their data requirement Able to work independently and effectively and drive things to closure. Required Skills: Should have a good proficiency in Excel, SQL ACCESS and knowledge on POWER BI. Should have the ability to learn new things in a short span of time. Required Good communication skills and team co-ordination skills Should be self-motivated result oriented Specifications: Qualification: Graduation/ PG Experience: If graduate min 3 years of relevant experience in MIS.
