Job Description

    Summary:This position requires the candidate to perform predefined day to day activities and deliver data reports & outcomes on predefined frequency / ad hoc basisLocation:HyderabadExperience:
    • Min 1+yrs of experience
    • Google environment experience with strong knowledge in Google PLX/DREMEL queries
    Skills and Qualification:
    • Graduate in any discipline and degree in Analytics is preferrable
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills
    • Min 6+ years of MIS analytics experience within BPO / BPS Industry, ability to handle tons of data
    • Expert level SQL skills, Candidate must be proficient in framing advanced SQL queries for data extraction
      • Financial Analysis not limited to Cost Benefit, Price per Quantity, Resource and Overhead, Budgeting etc. for various activities - Added Benefit
    • Experience in preparation of Presentations and Reports for Senior Management
    • Experience in Google maps environment with exceptional knowledge in Google Dremel queries
    • Experience in emerging reporting tools and technologies like Tableau, Bigtable etc. is an added benefit
    • Experience in collaborating with teams across geographies and functions
    • Good verbal and written English communication skills
    • Good analytical & data reporting skills are essential
    • Ability to perform in tight deadlines.
    • Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process
    • Quick learner and tech-savvy in understanding new systems and tools
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team & Client.
    • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
    • Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner and ability to setup auto-alert process for tracking reports (when needed)
    • Expected to publish accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and frequency
    • Expected to Perform data analysis (if required) for generating reports
    • Design and Create automated dashboards for frequently generated report
    • Maintain / Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
    • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
    • Standardize similar reports across clients, departments and teams Ad Hoc data collection, analysis and reporting as required
    • Understand client product, internal tools and processes, push automation and increase work efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the billing team and generate billing reports with end-end data validations for timely closures as per the client requirements.
