Job Description

    Job Description1) Business Growth & Revenue generation: -Lead onboarding and activation of MISPs to meet business growth & revenue targets for the zone.2)Strategic Planning: -
    • Expand motor insurance penetration.
    • Boost MISP onboarding across all motor dealer segments.
    3)Sales & Target Management:
    • Set & track monthly insurance premium targets.
    • Analysing daily performance, providing feedback and corrective actions.
    • Motivate & develop the team for high performance.
    • Ensure effective and impactful travel plans for the team
    4)Relationship Management:- Maintain key relationships with dealers / OEMs & insurance companies across the Zone.5)Compliance: -
    • Ensure MISPs and POSPs adhere to the IRDA guidelines and policies.
    • Ensure 100% 64vb compliance for all booked policies.
