Job Description

As a member of our Mobile Infrastructure Development Operations team, youll dive right into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to developing and deploying large-scale infrastructure solutions that support JPMorgan Chase & Co. s diverse and critical businesses. Youll be using the latest technologies, data management, and security practices in all aspect of software development. Critical thinking, clear communication, and collaboration are key to successful product delivery.The Mobile Device team is focused on developing state-of-the-art mobile technology solutions (Smartphone & Tablet) to our customers to maximize productivity both in and out of the office. Responsibilities will include the Operations, management and automation of the infrastructure that supports the mobile management solutions.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages: Python, Java, PERL, Scripting skills (PowerShell, SOAP/REST API), Automation with Ansible or YAM
  • Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, database, unix/linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, information retrieval, networking, large scale software development, security software development
  • Understanding or have experience with Agile and Lean philosophies
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication
  • Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) experience in Blackberry Dynamics/UEM, VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune or equivalent platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android)
  • Advanced knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (program management, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)
  • Participation in the on-call support rotation and as needed.
