    Greeting from Varun Digital Media Solutions Pvt Ltd!!Please find the below Job Description for Motion Graphic Designer position.Experience: 3 yearsLocation: Hyderabad (Begumpet)Shift Timings: US Shift (4:00pm to 1:00am) Essential Job Responsibilities:Graphic Design:
    • Develop and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various communication materials, including but not limited to social media posts, websites, banners, brochures, and reports.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and program team to conceptualize and create designs that align with the brands visual identity and communication objectives.
    • Ensure all design assets are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
    Video Editing:
    • Edit and enhance raw video footage, adding graphics, visual effects, and animations to create professional and engaging videos.
    • Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas, ensuring that they align with the brands message and target audience.
    • Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.
    Creative Ideation:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design and video editing.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas and suggestions to enhance visual content.
    Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
    • 3 5 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor or a similar role.
    • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
    • Solid understanding of motion graphics and animation techniques.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and video editing.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
