Experience working in at least one complete medium to large scale enterprise Pega project Must have good exposure to Agile Scrum / SmartBPM practices and methodology Extensive experience in Flows, Activities and User Interfaces. Ability to work independently with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge and experience of PRPC Best Practices, Estimation, Task Scheduling, Risk Assessment, IT Quality Practices. Pega certification like CSA, CSSA is mandatory Good hands on experience with the following: i. Pega User interface ii. Different kinds of Pega rule models, DSM, Pega marketing iii.
