        • Technical Experience : A: Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with others A sense of urgency and ownership over the product B: Comfortable with fullstack projects and able to build a minimum working and prototypes quickly C: Fluency with both frontend eg html css javascript bootstrap jquery and backend technologies used primarily Core Java J2EE Struts Hibernate D: Knowledge of Kafka would be an added advantage Knowledge of Big Data solutions like Hadoop HBase
