Job Description

    National Sales Managerfor a leading MNC in HyderabadKey Responsibilities :1. Achievement of primary and secondarysalestargets andgrowth objectives2. Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase consumer base and maximize per capita3. Collections/Management of accounts receivables4. Management of promotional budgets and costs5. Forecasting accuracy forSalesand Inventory planning/control6. Ensure implementation of SFE norms and standards set - thru appropriate HCP and retail execution strategies7. Control attrition and build a motivated, and committedsalesteam thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward8. Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with marketing and medical affairs team9. Will need to work in tandem with the Trade team in driving combined targets and implementing merchandising initiativesCompetencies :- Should be a peoples person with Strong team building/ nurturing and mentoring capabilities- Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high achievement orientation- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the commercial/ trade practices in a PharmaSkills:N/A
