Windows Server Management Windows OS & AD Incident/Production Management Installing, Configuring and Hardening of Windows 2000 / 2003 Servers Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services. AD Replication monitoring and regular health checks to be performed. Creating Group Policies and implementation as per standard procedures. RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools. Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance related activities. Hot and Cold Cloning of Virtual Machines P2V using VMware Converter Migration of Virtual Machines using VMotion. Capacity Planning of Existing Virtual Infrastructure with Platespin Recon tool monthly basis Involved in New VMware Virtual Infrastructure designs. Creating Clusters for High Availability and Dynamic Resource Scheduling. Creation of Virtual Switches, Ports and Port groups (Management Network, VMkernel for VMotion & Virtual Machine). Creating vmfs Datastores by using the LUNs assigned by SAN. Creating and managing Windows server 2003/2008 Virtual Machines and Templates Performance Analysis & System Performance Desired Skills: VB Script and Power Shell Scripting Clustering knowledge Virtualization of OS and applications Knowledge in Windows Active Directory Services System Center Updates Publisher Team Player Requirements: Candidate must follow ITIL process in Change Management Must have excellent logical approach to Technical issues Candidate must have excellent Communication skills, both oral & written MCSE or MCITP would be an added advantage,
