Job Description

    NetSuite Administrator:
    • Responsibilities: upgrade Bundles, do UAT, work JIRA tickets, edit Roles/Permission/Users, clear errors in the event log, tune a workflow, follow instructions from the Developers.
    • Maintain user access, roles and rights and develop and provide end user training.
    • Create, manage and edit customized NetSuite reports, forms, fields, and records.
    • Keep and maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration.
    • Educate and train new and existing employees and promote NetSuite and accounting best practices.
    • Manage, own and document all requirements involving NetSuite, including all integrations.
    • Scale finance/warehouse/manufacturing infrastructure to meet the needs of company growth. Support the warehouse management system.
    • Identify performance gaps, both technological and business related, and propose dynamic solutions to address the gaps.
    • Own NetSuite projects including audit of current settings, enhancements, integrations, and other special projects
    • Share your individual subject matter expertise and be a liaison to Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting.
    • Maintain and support our Suite Commerce web portal
    Timings: 4PM to 1AM IST
