Job Description

  • Primarily management of windows 2012 server/ Linux servers/systems and LAN infrastructure.
  • PBX Knowladge on asterisk or elastix
  • know about voip gateways, sip configuration & ip phone setup
  • must experience on hosting servers
  • knowladge on whm/cpanel/plesk panels
  • basic knowladge on aws/azure
  • Must experience on svn/git
  • Linux OS installation, configuration, Application installation, process automation & basic Unix / Linux shell scripting.
  • Troubleshooting server hardware, OS and providing technical support.
  • Exposer in Microsoft Windows to support Desktops.
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure including firewalls, routers and switches, wireless networking. Basic administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Support of design and expansion of data archiving systems
  • Support of backup infrastructure and execution.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure services such as DHCP, DNS, FTP , Email & Web servers administrations.
  • Technical documentation & management.
  • Systems, Applications & Network performance monitoring and capacity planning and reporting.
  • Work with management and other IT staff to build and implement security strategies that make business sense.
  • Document FAQs and IT information for both IT staff as well as user community.
  • Management and maintenance of in-house data center facility
