Responsibilities include: Supporting a broad range of projects, from enterprise wide initiatives to localized solutions that may span across multiple departments or functions. Plan, design, implement and support network-based security services and tools across Qualcomms global network Support and manage heterogeneous, IDS/IPS, web proxy, and other network security technologies across physical or virtual environments Develop and maintain documentation, perform upgrades, installations, enhancements, configuration changes, troubleshooting, monitoring, and other operational responsibilities. Adhere to corporate change management policies and practices and serve as liaison between service groups, customers and IT management to coordinate service impacts. Should also participate in daily operational duties such as: responding to support requests and troubleshooting service problems or outages Global On-call responsibilities as needed.
