Network Engineer-L2 support-HydThe responsibilities include the following:1. To administer the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network Globally2. Administration of Global MPLS Circuits, Internet Circuits and customer connectivity3. To perform regular network throughput analysis.4. To assist the capacity planning with detail analysis of the network behavior.5. Provide Support to Network Security Team in hardening and closing vulnerabilities on network devices6. To assist global and regional network team with their upgrade / improvement plan of its network infrastructure.7. To identify and analyze, reason for outage (RFO) and root cause analysis (RCA) for every outage and degradation in the network.8. Resolution of P1 tickets on priority and ensure all RFO and RCA is made available to identified stakeholders.9. BCP/DR of circuits and devices periodically10. To ensure accurate and regularly updated information related to network physical inventory, logical inventory, network diagram, network historical traffic flow, technical troubleshooting documents, operational process documents and escalation details (internal and external) are centrally available with clear tabs for easy retrieval by all identified stake holders .11. Demonstrates continuous effort for identifying and fixing Threats and Vulnerabilities on the network.12. Assist in implementing Global Projects, owning the processes and documentation as required by individual Projects.13. Provides technical direction for systems migration and integration.14. Meeting and exceeding defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy.15. Communicating with clients for providing expert advice.16. Implement project methodologies, process and tools through out the assigned process.17. Work closely with other members to provide process and project related information when required.18. Work as a team to manage the operations of multiple customers with multiple shift operations.19. Focus on maximizing customer experience while optimizing costs20. Contribute to the development of short and long term strategic network improvement goals21. Generation of MIS and performing trend analysis for effecting higher productivity.,
