Initiate the proper peer-to-peer hand-offs. Initiate internal escalation process for an incident where the ADM methodology does not indicate cause and repair actions. Provide notice to Client when the original work schedule will not be completed as committed for an incident.MandatorySkills: Hands on experience in Avaya Voice, Avaya System Manager, Avaya Session Manager Excellent knowledge on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunks, Voice Gateways, PSTN Trunks FXO, T1/E1 VWIC Analog Gateways. Should have QoS Knowledge for Voice Infrastructure and Enterprise Dial Plans Should have recent VoIP experience on a large network, including implementation of QoS for H.323 and/or Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) technology Configuration backup of devices idents/issues or projects Hands on experience on SIP, RTP, RTCP, VoIP technologies Good understanding of QOS parameters (like CCR, ASR, Latency, IDV etc.) Configuring T1/E1 on gateway, Configuring translation pattern, route pattern, Configuring Hunt/Pickup groups, etc. Experience on troubleshooting voice mail notification issue VOIP Trunk SIP Configuration, IP Telephony / IP phone configuration / EPBX /VOIP Gateway Good understanding on Network-LAN/WAN and DHCP, NTP, ARP, SSL VPN, IPSec VPN Not necessary but good to have ACSE or ASPS or ACIS certificationsExperience (In Month): 60Qualification: Technical Graduate,
