Job Description

  • Good knowledge and experience in Capital markets - Middle Office
  • Manage a team of 4- 5 to meet the BOaT fund creation/management goals
  • Fair understanding of securities IBOR transaction management
  • Good functional experience on IBOR/ABOR platforms RKS, Eagle Star, PAM, Portia etc.
  • Work with business leads to training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes
  • Work on data analysis and data conversion and BAU activity of clients in an in- house middle office system in the areas of static data, funds creation and management
  • Work on the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology. This includes requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenance
  • Ability to create data maps, to map the data flow from legacy systems to the in- house systems using existing functionality and processes
  • Work on inputs and outputs from the conversion process, and communicate issues internally and externally as required
  • Excellent data analysis skills very good understanding of MS Excel
  • Fair understanding of Data- warehouses and Databases including SQL

    Job Qualification:

  • 5+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably Investment Management, Asset Management
  • Some functional experience on IBOR/ABOR Platforms RKS, Eagle Star, PAM, Portia etc.
  • Decent communication skills with good external and internal client interfacing skills
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project- related issues and follow through with set objectives
  • Experience working on projects related to middle back Office client on boarding
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access skills, as well as Microsoft Project or other project management software experience

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Finance Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology
  • MBA Finance - Nice to have
