Minimum 10 years of experience working in large Network Operations (>1000 devices) environment within FSI hold a Level 3+ NOC engineer role or similar Intermediate to Expert Cisco Systems networking knowledge and experience. Example: Routers and Switches o Intermediate to expert knowledge on BGP and EIGRP Route manipulation and troubleshooting. o Switching, STP knowledge; troubleshooting o Hands-on experience/knowledge on Nexus and IOS-XE devices. Advanced Internetworking knowledge and experience. o Example: TCP/IP, Traceroute, OSI 7 Layers o Analyzing Packet capture/wire shark output F5 Loadbalancer o Service fulfilment process. o Troubleshooting incidents. o Knowledge on iApp implementation of iRules. Has experience working with enterprise class Network Management tools o Network Management System o Network Performance System o Packet Capture Technology Has experience working with enterprise class Ticketing System Has experience working with the following ITIL processes o Service Fulfillment o Event Management o Incident Management o Problem Management o Change Management o Capacity Management o Configuration Management o Availability Management o Supplier Management Preferred (Advantage) Candidate with experience supporting data network in a Telecommunication company network a plus. Candidate processing one or more of the following secondary skills is a plus. o Firewall o IPS o WAF o Voice o Load Balancer o Proxy o Voice o Video Conferencing o Remote Access SSLVPN Others Process oriented Highly self-driven and thrive with minimum supervisor Able to operate well in an environment where teamwork is critical. Good at handling stress and critical/difficult situation Good Telephony Skills Good spoken, written English. Other languages a plus Familiar with Microsoft Office Products, IE- Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Working Hours Monday to Friday exclude Public Holiday. Shift A 0700 to 1600 Shift B 0900 to 1800 Shift C 1300 to 2200 Shift D 1300 to 2200 & (On Call Duty for hours unsupported by A/B/C/D) Incumbent will rotate through the shifts, weekly basis. ,
