    JOB DESCRIPTION:De livering expert nursing care, monitoring and maintaining standards of care. Ongoing informal and formal assessment of patients in order to provide the most beneficial care to people with complex disabilities. Keep the ward neat and tidy. Maintain safety of the ward equipment. Prepare and checks ward supplies. Maintain records and reports assigned to her / him by the sister In-charge.In addition to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate superior or Management,
