Job Description

    Job Title: Nursing Homecare StaffLocation: Hyderabad (or as per the location)Qualification:
    • GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or BSc Nursing
    Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in home care settings or hospitals.
    Shift Duration:
    • 12 hours (Day/Night Shifts)
    Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
    • Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
    • Administer medications and injections as per the prescribed dosage and time.
    • Provide wound care, catheterization, and other medical procedures as required.
    • Monitor and report changes in the patients condition to doctors or supervisors.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
    • Ensure that medical equipment is functioning properly and assist in its operation if necessary.
    • Follow all infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
    Requirements:
    • Must be registered with the State Nursing Council.
    • Strong understanding of nursing practices, procedures, and home care requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
    • Compassionate and dedicated to patient care.
