Job Description

  • Strong working knowledge of O365 implementation & support.
  • Implementation Multi Factor Authentication and other Single Sign-on solutions for O365.
  • Experience in migrating mailboxes from Microsoft exchange and other proprietary products int O365
  • Experience in creating and managing user accounts, roles, delegation, backup and restore etc.
  • Experience in ticket logging and working with vendor teams for troubleshooting the issues.
  • Experience in migrating accounts from one tenant to another.
  • Experience in purchasing the accounts and managing various service levels.
  • Experience in working on the organization s communication platforms like Skype for Business, Teams and yammer etc.
  • Experience to Synchronize O365 with organizations Active Directory.
  • Experience in working on MS AZURE AD Sync with organization.
  • Experience in creating mail relay for various applications used in the organization.
  • Experience in Owning activities delivering them End to End, working with team and work independently on various issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2016, 2012, 2008, Active Directory, VMware, RDS Services, DNS, Group Policy, Scaling and tuning servers, MS System Center, NTFS permissions.

  • Strong Messaging troubleshooting and skills
  • Incident Management: Resolve single- and cross technology incidents independently. Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents.
  • Problem Management: Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring in team/technology area.
  • Change Management/Implementation: Independently review, implement, and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer and/or trade/company Information Technology infrastructure needs.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technology professionals
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience managing Incident and Request tickets with ITSM tools.
  • Must be able to remain calm in a stressful environment and work overtime if needed.
  • Must be analytical in approach to work
  • Must be a team worker and have the ability to motivate and guide team towards project goals
  • Must be driven and have the ability to provide out-of-box solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact positively with end-users and vendors on a daily basis
